what to expect when purchasing a commission from me

You will receive a 4000k PNG of your finished commission. Half or full payment is expected before I start. Your commission will be added to my commission queue. I plan the composition and poses, rough sketch, and then a cleaner sketch which I will present to you. You can request any changes at this stage for free. Then I will clean up the sketch or do lineart, and flat colors and present the WIP. Lastly I finish and give you the final product if you payed in full.

guidelines

  • I have the right to decline the commission if I feel uncomfortable with it or feel I can't execute it well

  • I have the right to use your commission for personal use

  • I will use your commission for examples unless you payed a private fee

  • You may use the art you purchased for personal use

  • The commissioner is responsible for the use of commissioned work of copyrighted IPs.

  • No commercial use unless there was a previously discussed agreement. Do not resell

  • I do NSFW art. Information can be found here. Please ask for examples! MUST BE 18+. If you are not 18+ Your commission will be refused, cancelled or you will be blocked

  • You may use your commission for profile pictures, repost with credit, banners, screensavers etc

  • Do not remove the watermark

  • Do NOT modify or edit my art

  • Do not use my art for AI, do not trace, do not repost without credit, do not use my own characters and designs or repost them anywhere. Feel free to repost fanart with credit or use for profile pictures

  • No fetish commissions

  • Please be respectful and civil

  • Please keep our interactions appropriate even when doing NSFW drawings. If things get weird or unhinged I have the right to terminate our transaction and stop working with you.

  • If you're not happy with your final commission, I will do my best to make it right but please be clear about what you want in your commission. Depending on the situation, I may offer compensation if there is a serious miscommunication or issue.

project schedules

I work on commissions weekly Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I work on my own projects. I may not respond about commissions on weekends but will get back to you Monday through Friday.You can expect a sketch within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.
Expected time of completion varies from 2 weeks to 6 months.

payment

I only accept PayPal right now. I calculate my prices in USD. I will add PayPal fees as a part of the final price of your commission. Half or full payment is required before I start. Full payment required before the shading phase.

refunds and canellations

No refunds. Please be sure you want to purchase a commission.
If you are unhappy with the result of your commission or want to cancel, I will try to assist you best I can.

fees

  • Fees apply for detailed BGs and complex designs

  • Major changes after the lineart/clean sketch stage $15

  • PayPal seller fee

  • Additional characters

  • $15+ private commission fee

  • Rush fee if your commission is needed in under one month +50% the base price. I need at least two weeks to complete your commission. If it's too much work and I can't reach the deadline I may decline the rush.

  • Commercial use

character designs

I do character designs. Please provide as many references as possible to give me an idea of what you want. This can include: body type, general clothing style, rough colors, weapons if any, and a breif description of what your character's about. If you don't have anything for me to go off of I may decline the commission or charge more due to spending time doing the research myself. It's hard to get exactly what you want if there are no references so please be as detailed as you can.

I am the copyright owner of my art. Please refrain from using without permission commercially or promotionally without an agreement.My prices may change over time. Terms and conditions can change or be updated at any time without warning.If you have any questions feel free to ask me!
